Fish camps are closed. They've been closed now, I think, for 6 years, and their cultures are being lost there. Because there's no salmon. And we don't have enough data to determine what the cause is, but why are the subsistence users, the sport users, and the personal use folks been taking the hit all of these years, at least 10 years? Limits are reduced, everything is reduced, and some of the commercial fisheries are not taking any hit.
