Staff has reviewed the application against approved plans for the area as well as the 2008 Comprehensive Plan. Staff recommended that the portions of the subject properties be retained. And not disposed of. Staff has created findings and resolutions for both a disposal, which is Resolution A, and retention, which is Resolution B. There are proposed findings within each of those resolutions that support those resolutions.
