I think at the end of the day, we need to capture as much data as we can, even as we make policy decisions based on the data that we already have. Right now, it seems to me You know, we blame, we blame water temperature, we blame other things like this that we can't control. That doesn't mean you, you don't control the things that you, you can control. So times, means, and method and location, you— we can control those things and we do, but we've got to be far more aggressive in that. The data is not there.
