And I guess from my perspective, I appreciate the points that, um, uh, the member, uh, Schuette brought. Um, some of these, I'm like, the self-imposed one, I guess I'm thinking, oh, I do need I would probably need some guidance from legal to like fully make sure. I did look up the fees. I could see that could be useful to have written out for consideration of this.
The Anchorage Zoning Board postponed a proposed ordinance Friday that would double the threshold for administrative approval of setback encroachments from 5 percent to 10 percent. Members requested data on how many cases would be resolved administratively under different thresholds and asked legal counsel to clarify whether all eight approval criteria must be met.
