Okay, and as a follow-up question, if you were to get a renter in there and that renter had guests or somebody joining them that was disruptive, what would be your plan for resolution? Um, well, my— the property manager lives directly across the street, so she maintains the property at all times. And if they were to be disruptive, she would know promptly. And at that point, I have the legal right to call the police, which is what I would, I would do if their behavior is disruptive. I would file a noise complaint or whatever the disruptive behavior is with the Kenai Police Department.
