They just seem to be too onerous and too costly for people to comply with. So I put a call out to my constituents, my community, and ask for some suggestions on how we can go forward to deal with the waterfront setback issue without it being too difficult for people to comply with, to get people that don't have a lot of money to be able to, you know, get in compliance so that they can eventually if they want to sell their property or just make sure that they're being legal with the borough. So I had some folks in mind that just happen to be friends. One I believe is online right now, Al Balia, and then Jim and Lori Bolts are here in the audience. They got together and they came up with this sheet that's in front of you.
