I want to forget. Um, I do want to thank Bob and Annika both for not just their years of service on the council, but also how they have graciously shepherded the first year for Sandra and Nick and I as we have learned what it takes to try to serve the community through a council position. I really appreciate having had the chance to work with you guys, and thank you to city staff and borough staff who pulled off our municipal election on Tuesday. I was excited to see a decent voter turnout, but I hope that Kodiak will come out even more and that we continue to see increased voter turnout. Personally, I think municipal elections are the most important, but we do have a nationwide election coming up in November.
