Not fully countering the position stated by the previous commissioner, I would like to build on and question if, as a community, we've moved beyond the usefulness of neighborhood and district plans. Are there mechanisms that exist today for engagement by affected residents that didn't previously exist? Or question phrased in a different way, what does the Anchorage of Tomorrow look like absent this as a tool in the planners' and community's toolbox? Yeah, I think that's a great question. I think, as many have said, especially last year as we celebrated our 50th anniversary with all of our decade quilts behind us, we are a community of communities, right?
