We are going to retain all contract and funding authority, including vendor approvals, payment approvals, contract amendments, and final project acceptance. Um, the day-to-day activities will be, um, handled by Providence and that big team. Um, I know there were questions last week about the price point of that, and we talked about salaries and, and how expensive that is.
