Second, that any official group involved in evaluating or recommending projects for CASA, whether it be an advisory group or formal commission, must include a balance of representation between parks advocates and LARSA. Sorry, my writing And then to better ensure that both prongs of CASA's mission, improved access and ameliorated neighborhood impacts, are adequately addressed. And also that the roles and responsibilities of the new advisory group or formal commission and policies and procedures by which it will be governed and the ethical standards to which it will be held accountable should be much more clearly established to ensure fair public input and fair and transparent decision-making that fosters confidence in the CASA process.
