What about though if we didn't make— maybe made it like 20% and then allowed for like Incremental increases, oh, that wouldn't work either because, I mean, the mayor, you can't increase the mayor's salary during the term of the office, so that doesn't work. I was just thinking, you know, my, my whole instinct is that I'm the taxpayer and I have to pay this, but if I want a good executive, if I want a good mayor, I'm going to have to that's— I'm gonna have to pay for it. So I don't know, I'll entertain whatever motion anybody wants to make.
