From the transcript
So the site will accommodate approximately 8 off-street parking spaces, which previously, on the most recent hotel CUPs, Commission has required half a parking space for each room. So with 12 rooms, that would be 6 off-street parking spaces and there's 2 additional ones to accommodate extra parking or there will be an on-site manager apartment as well in the unit. Then page 13 lists the proposed conditions for this CUP.
