Uh, Representative Fields, for the chair. So, uh, the commission denied our initial petition for reconsideration— excuse me, our petition for, uh, determination of prudency. We have filed for a petition for reconsideration, hoping that, uh, you know, some of the information that we presented in that, uh, petition, uh, you know, whether they glossed over or didn't, didn't quite recognize it or something, perhaps they can change their mind on that. If they don't, then there are other options, as you pointed out. We believe that they're more expensive than what we proposed.
