From the transcript

Anyone at all? Seeing and hearing no one, um, the first public hearing on AO 2026-123 is closed. And as again, a reminder to members, we do not need to take further action to postpone these items because they're already scheduled for public hearing, so you won't hear us do continuing or postponing the way that we have before on other items. So next we'll move on to 14B, Ordinance AO 2026-124, an ordinance adopting the 2027 General Government Capital Improvement budget. Public hearing on this item is now open.
