Thank you, Mr. Chairman. The bill— and I want to thank the bill sponsors, Representatives McClain-Delaney and Obernolte. I offer this amendment that makes a technical correction to the bill, but also with this ANS, the program does not have funds authorized. I actually disagree with that, but I understand that the majority does operate within the constraints imposed by its majority.
