As far as the, the pilot versus operational funds, I think I was also— I was very much on board last meeting with focusing on the operational funds because we know that's like the most flexible funding and we've heard that's what folks like. But I think after talking with Christina and a lot of reflection, I do, I kind of like a 50/50 split. Because especially if we've got increased uncertainty in the future, if we can buy capital things, which I think of as one-time purchases, right, that make things better, that's maybe more effective if we can't actually do the operational grants in a consistent and reliable way. Like, if our funding is going to be more uncertain in the future because we are backfilling and we are, you know, doing other stuff and trying to fill other holes in the budget, I think it's, it's wise to think about, okay, are there one-time purchases we can help providers make that will create spots and make them more effective? And so I'm, I'm kind of okay with a 50/50 split, also knowing that, again, we're, we're not the final decision makers, so we're kind of We're saying, hey, both these things are valuable to me when I see that budget.
