Um, I just wanted to say that one of the things that I really appreciated reading about was the way that he knew all of his employees' names, and also that there's so many, um, long-term employees and, um, national, uh, partners that, that submitted letters. That just shows that he really cared about people and that people wanted to work for him long term. And Alaska is not an easy place to recruit engineers to and to encourage them to stay. And so to hear that he was successful at recruiting engineers here and convincing them to stay in Alaska and be part of his team— I never met the guy, but he sounds like he was a great guy. And so that's why I did the motion.
