The Treasury Department's Bureau of the Fiscal Service added $242,944 on Oct. 9 to its mailroom contract with Anchorage-based Old Harbor Solutions LLC, exercising the contract's second option period. Treasury exercised the first option in October 2025 for about $236,000.

The contract covers mailroom and transportation operations support in Vienna, Virginia, and runs through Oct. 22, 2027. It has totaled $752,806 in obligated funds since October 2024, according to the USAspending.gov award record. Obligated means committed, not necessarily spent. Outlays so far total about $354,000.

Treasury partially terminated the contract on March 18, 2025, for the government's convenience, taking back $221,250 and cutting its total value by $1.1 million. That June, it added $47,198 to add back mailroom and transportation support personnel services.

Old Harbor is an Alaska Native Corporation-owned 8(a) small disadvantaged business, according to its GSA contractor record. It received the order as a sole-source 8(a) award, without competition, the award record shows.
