NANA sets fall shareholder distribution at $16.87 per share

$16.87 Per Share Distribution Set for Nov. 13

NANA Regional Corporation shareholders will receive $16.87 per share on or about Nov. 13, paid through the NRC Shareholder Trust.

The record date is Nov. 9. Contact information must be updated by 5 p.m. AKST on Nov. 6. That same deadline applies to direct deposit applications and to enrolling a new Class D shareholder. Every eligible shareholder must have a current mailing address on file with the shareholder records department, reachable at (907) 442-3301 or [email protected].

The paperwork decides whether a payment arrives on schedule. Shareholders who do not keep contact information current or sign up for direct deposit by the stated deadlines risk delayed or missed payments.

Board Chair Atmaġuq Lee "Big Boy" Staheli tied the payout to household finances. "We know many shareholders and families are under real financial pressure right now, and we are pleased to provide this fall distribution as one way NANA can offer meaningful support," Staheli said in Wednesday's announcement. "From the beginning, the purpose of this distribution has been to help our people."

Recent Distribution History

The corporation declared a $20-per-share distribution in the fall of 2025. Its spring 2026 distribution was $8.15 per share, or about $16.5 million in total. The board adopted a dividend distribution policy in 2023 that sets consistent direction for declaring an annual dividend while protecting the company's liquidity, future growth and financial stability.

Shareholders not enrolled in direct deposit will have checks mailed on or about Nov. 13.
