The Juneau Arts & Humanities Council is replacing its logo after more than 40 years. The council announced Friday an open call for artists and designers to submit work for the next organizational logo, offering $2,000 for the winning design and $150 honoraria to three runners-up.
Submissions are due by 11:59 p.m. on July 1. The new logo will be unveiled in August and used across all council digital, print, signage, and merchandise platforms.
The current logo was designed by John Fehringer and has been in use with several variations since the mid-1980s. More information is available at www.jahc.org/logo.
