Hope's second Fox Fest brings three bands to Creekbend Cafe on Saturday

Hope's Creekbend Cafe hosts its second annual Fox Fest on Saturday, Sept. 26, an afternoon and evening of live music from 3 to 10 pm on the Creekbend Stage.

The bill features the Jeff Kanzler Band, the Valley Below and Hope Social Club. Creekbend built the festival's theme around an arctic legend of a fox that brings the northern lights.

Adult cover is $35 plus a small sales tax and ticket fee, and kids 15 and under get in free.

The music plays rain or shine, so bring chairs, blankets and umbrellas. Creekbend's kitchen stays open until about 10:45 pm, with beer, wine and soft drinks for sale. Outside food and alcohol aren't allowed. The cafe takes cards but suggests bringing cash for food and drinks. The beer garden is smoke-free, with designated smoking areas set aside.
