Public Objection Period for Canna Get Hashy LLC Marijuana License Renewal

The Alaska Alcohol & Marijuana Control Office (AMCO) has officially notified Canna Get Hashy LLC that its renewal application for a Marijuana Product Manufacturing Facility license (#34641) is complete. The facility is located at 810 E. 6th Avenue, Unit B, in Anchorage, with Troy Millhouse listed as the designated licensee. Following this determination, the application has been forwarded to the Municipality of Anchorage and the Fairview Community Council for review. Under 3 AAC 306.060, the local government has 60 days to file a formal protest against the renewal. If a protest is filed, the Marijuana Control Board is required to review the application unless the protest is found to be arbitrary, capricious, or unreasonable. While the Marijuana Control Board delegated authority to the AMCO Director to approve renewals on May 15, 2017, the board retains oversight if there are outstanding notices of violation, local government protests, or public objections filed within 30 days. If the application proceeds without such issues, the 2026/2027 license will be issued during the annual inspection or mailed to the licensee.
