Public Objection Period for Apex Grow LLC Marijuana Cultivation Facility License Renewal

The Alaska Alcohol & Marijuana Control Office (AMCO) has deemed the renewal application for Apex Grow LLC, a standard marijuana cultivation facility (License #13614), to be complete. The facility is located at 200 W 68th Ave, Unit A2, in Anchorage, with Michael Keller listed as the designated licensee. The application has been forwarded to the Municipality of Anchorage and the Taku Campbell Community Council for review. Under 3 AAC 306.060, the local government has 60 days from the notice date of October 6, 2026, to file a formal protest against the renewal. While the Marijuana Control Board previously delegated authority to the AMCO Director to approve renewals, the board must independently review this application if there are outstanding notices of violation, a local government protest, or a public objection filed within 30 days. If the application proceeds without such issues, the 2026/2027 license will be issued during the annual inspection or mailed to the licensee.
