Public Hearing EV 3-427 - Ballard Replat

The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water, has scheduled a public hearing for October 29, 2026, to address a petition submitted by Patrick Ballard and Michelle Cheney. The petitioners seek to eliminate the common boundary between Lots 12-B and 12-C of the Port St. Nicholas Subdivision, Plat No. 96-34, located in the Ketchikan Recording District, to facilitate the proposed Ballard Replat.
