Alaska Student Loan Corporation Board Meeting

The Alaska Student Loan Corporation (ASLC) Board has scheduled a public meeting for November 5, 2026, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted remotely via Zoom and teleconference, with no in-person attendance permitted at the Juneau office location. The agenda for the meeting includes an Executive Officer report, a presentation regarding financial statements, and a formal discussion and vote concerning the annual return of contributed capital as authorized under AS 14.42.295. The board reserves the right to modify the agenda as necessary. Public participation is encouraged, and time for testimony will be provided. Interested parties may access meeting materials on the Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education website starting November 2, 2026.
