Alaska Water Reservation Rules Take Effect

New rules for water reservation applications take effect. Applicants must provide at least five years of monthly data before applying, and certificates for tribes, nonprofits, and other non-agency applicants will be held by the Department of Natural Resources rather than the applicant.
