About this event
The Alaska Commission on Aging has scheduled a public listening session to solicit feedback from older Alaskans regarding their needs and priorities. The session is part of a recurring four-year cycle used to inform the development of the State Plan for Senior Services.
The event will be held on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, from 12:35 PM to 1:25 PM. It is hosted at Centennial Hall, located at 101 Egan Drive in Juneau, and is scheduled to coincide with the lunch break of the Juneau Care Partners Summit and Resource Fair.
Participation is encouraged for all Alaskans aged 55 and older. The commission intends to use the information gathered during this session to shape state-level priorities for senior services for the upcoming four-year period. Light refreshments will be provided to attendees.
