# 2026 Nutcracker Faire Application When: Monday, August 31, 2026 at 8:00 AM AKDT – Saturday, November 28, 2026 Where: HCOA, 355 West Pioneer Avenue, AK, AK, United States What: 2026 Nutcracker Faire Application HCOA’s goal for the Nutcracker Faire is to provide a free to the public holiday arts & crafts fair featuring Kenai Peninsula made items that give artists a low cost, sustainable venue to showcase and display their products to potential customers from across the Peninsula. Each vendor needs to complete an application; if you are sharing a booth, there is a place to indicate partner(s) on your application. Each booth partner must fill out their own application. To complete an application and be approved you will need: to review the 2026 guidelines have a KPBSD Sales Tax ID to review the Booth Map (choose your top three booth placements) a State of Alaska Business License A note on Application Approval and Booth Placement: Applications are approved in order of submission. Applications are reviewed regularly and vendors should hear back from HCOA within 2 weeks. Once approved, vendors have 10 days to submit payment through HCOA’s Private Payment Portal. Booths are only placed after payment is processed. While HCOA tries to award vendors one of their preferred booth placements, placement is not guaranteed. If a vendor’s preferred booth placements are already claimed, HCOA will place vendors as close as possible to their preferred placements. If a vendor does not list a preferred booth space, the vendor will be placed where there is space.  Dates: August 31st- November 8th: Application open to all vendors August 31st-October 3rd: Returning Vendor Priority Window November 9th – November 28th : Late Registration Applications accepted with a $30 late fee Set-Up: Friday, December 4th Nutcracker Faire: December 5th & 6th, 2026 in the Homer High School Commons and Gym Booth Prices: 2026 Booth Prices:  Food Vendor: $440 General/$350 HCOA Member SINGLE Arts & Crafts Booth: $300 General/$220 HCOA Member DOUBLE Arts & Crafts Booth $600 General/ $440 HCOA Member $180 Non-profit Booth *to receive the HCOA Member price, vendors must have an active membership through December 6th 2026 Nutcracker Guidelines and Booth Map2026 Nutcracker Application
