Alaska Legislature: House Finance - June 9, 2026 2:00pm

Okay, House Finance back on record at 2:25 PM, and the plan is— it sounds like there's maybe about 4 more amendments that we'll be tackling. However, there need to— there are a number of conceptual amendments to the amendments that we'll be addressing. Ledge Legal is going to need a little bit of time to draft those. Sounds like we might not be ready till the morning. And so the intent then is to go ahead and adjourn out for the day, come back tomorrow and knock out the last of the amendments, and then if it's the will of the committee, we'll push the bill out.

So are there any questions of the committee? Seeing— Representative Tomaszewski. So we're not taking up any more amendments today? Correct. Okay.

Yes. So if there's nothing else to come for the committee, our next meeting is scheduled for tomorrow, which is Wednesday, June 10th, at 11:00 AM. We'll take up the remaining amendments. And, uh, so with that, House Finance will be adjourned at 2:26 PM.
