I handle all types of cases in Ketchikan and Petersburg, including divorce and custody matters, misdemeanor and felony criminal cases, child welfare cases, and probate matters. I strive to give all cases and parties my focused attention, no matter the issue and regardless of whether the party has an attorney or not.
I make every effort to ensure all parties leave the courtroom feeling heard and respected. I have spent my entire legal career in public service, but my current service as a judge has been the most challenging and humbling work. If retained, I will continue to work diligently to apply the law fairly, manage cases efficiently, and serve my community with professionalism and integrity.
