No, just hello and enjoy the nice weather this week. Thank you, Commissioner McCabe and staff. I know Steph had some comments tonight.

Yeah, thank you. Wade Long, Development Services Manager and not to take up too much of anybody's time, but I did want to recognize that last week, May 27th through the 30th, the planning department Development Services Division, in partnership with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, did a cleanup in Sutton Town site and we. We hit about 70 properties in about four days with 252 volunteers. We're still tallying up the tonnage that was removed from there, but I just wanted to express my gratitude to Burrow staff and the public and especially the Church of Jesus Christ, Latter Day Saints for their continued support in keeping the borough beautiful. Thank you.

That's wonderful. Thank you. And thank you to all involved. And I will just close out by saying it is supposed to be a spectacular week this week, weather wise. So I hope everyone can get out and enjoy it a little bit at this point.
