I would like to call the September 30th, 2026 City Council meeting to order. If you're able, please rise and join me for the Pledge of Allegiance.

Here. And Council Member Sonar is not present. You have a quorum. Thank you, Council. Before we get to the agenda, I'd like to bring to your attention the laydown materials We have item B1, Resolution 2026-63, postponement request memo brought to us by the clerk.
Pleasure of council, anybody?
Vice Mayor Askin. I move that we approve the agenda as presented with laydown materials. Are there any additional revisions to the agenda from the council? Seeing none, unanimous consent was requested. Are there any objections?
Hearing no objections, the agenda is approved. That brings us to public hearings. First public hearing tonight before us is Resolution 2026-63, authorizing a contract award for the Kenai Bluff Erosion and Stabilization Mission Street Erosion Control Project. Pleasure of council, Vice Mayor Askam. I move we adopt Resolution number 2026-63.
I'll second. Request unanimous. Is there anybody from the public that would like to speak to Resolution 2026-63? Seeing no one, bring it back to council. I see there's a motion to postpone.
One— do I have to make the motion? Somebody needs to make the motion. Yes, I, I move that we postpone Resolution 2026-63 to October October 7th, 2026. I second and request unanimous. Okay, unanimous consent was requested.
Are there any objections? Seeing none, Resolution 2026-63 is postponed to October 7th, 2026. So that brings us down to adjournment. Having no further business, we are adjourned. That's it.
