Anchorage Raises Sole-Source Limit

Anchorage raised its sole-source contract limit to $50,000 from a $30,000 line set in 1988. Of the 10 sole-source purchases it reported for August, eight were under $30,000 and would not have needed Assembly approval under the old rule either.
