Condos Dominate Tax Break

Eighteen single condominium units took 46 percent of Anchorage's housing tax exemptions this year, qualifying for a four-or-more-unit incentive through common ownership of one parent parcel. A fourth chapter using the same test goes back before the Assembly Tuesday.
