SEAPA Drops Transmission Line

SEAPA has asked FERC to remove a 30.5-mile transmission line from its Swan Lake license, keeping the line but dropping the license conditions on it. The agency wrote in 2024 that there were risks either way. Comments are due Oct. 15.
