It was a private private project. Well, then we found out that in fact, no, there were some pretty big pieces we had to deal with. The Senate Resources Committee, since March 20th, had 36 hearings in less than 2 months on this. We took a deep dive in. We had to look at this idea of complete property tax relief for— from the state and municipal taxes.
