So just kind of a really early, you know, rough concept, just a rendering only we put together, and that was just kind of based on last comments as another alternative. And I think we'll update it on the next report, but I did do a little bit more research on the duplex, and there is an opportunity to take away those garages and turn it into a triplex. There's a little bit more complications when you go try to do a fourplex because it would require a sprinkler system. But according to the State Fire Marshal, if it's a three— if it's a triplex, then there's no sprinkler required. If you go to the fourplex, then it does need a sprinkler.
