And our recommendation is develop a master plan and see if the green strip in Steve Shearer, once the ball fields get removed, becomes a really good centralized community gathering and event space. You've already got the pavilions there, you've got restrooms, but again, create a facility that people will want to come here. And again, Tyler only has to maintain one facility, not three.
