I don't need two, maybe one. We have reviewed the long-range memo staff provided you and believe some additional context is important. This document was a new approach prepared outside of the usual process and without coordination. Frankly, it was also prepared in a very compressed timeframe amid some other big requirements going on. The report was prepared without consultation with those in other departments that prepared and prioritized the capital list and how they took into account the Comprehensive Plan, the Long Range Transportation Strategy, and other planning documents.
