What I heard tonight was a petitioner's presentation that showed a responsiveness to the community in iterating design through 35% and 65%, being informed by public comment to provide amenities of interest. I would like to commend the project team and all involved for the speed at which this is moving forward. The community spoke through a ballot initiative, and we're much closer to seeing something happen here. Than we otherwise could have been. With that, I'll yield, and again, intend to support the motion.
