What's a little bit different about memo 016S from 016. Memo 016S would generate slightly fewer new FTE overall than memo 016. Both would allocate $6.8 of the $7 million. 016S would generate 45 new FTE and would direct the administration to allocate those FTE to new teachers, building substitutes, and/or counselor FTE, not just FTE. And I think that the intention for the original memo was teachers, critical staff, but this is specific, and I think it's responsive to the realities of our schools on the ground that maybe a school actually really needs a counselor, maybe it needs a building substitute or two because staff are already at capacity.
