These codes require that structures built on a property must connect to city water and sewer service when a water and sewer main is located within 150 feet of a lot that adjoins the right-of-way. The closest water and sewer main is approximately 60 to 100 feet from the subject property. City code requires the applicant to connect within 90 days of the provided notice. Based on the date the notice was provided, the applicant must connect to the city water and sewer services on or before November 2nd, 2026. Yeah, uh, that is one of the conditions of approval, uh, in order for this to be granted, they have to do that.
