Um, I also intend to support the motion but also have a couple of concerns that were brought up about if somebody who is, you know, legally allowed but wants to change the development on their lot could be triggered, but that it has to be a 50% above seems like a pretty high threshold, um, so I feel like that's okay. The other part is that they can— there is a conditional use permit process that they can follow.
