The number that the Bureau has projected that the Bureau will lose if this goes through for 70 and above is the same number basically that they talked about from 63 65 and above last year at this time, and it just— it doesn't seem to pencil when you take out 5 years' worth of people and still come up with the same number. So the people that are being hurt right now are those that are on a fixed income, and they're being squeezed, as is pretty clear around Petersburgh. Everything's going up. The property tax is up, the mill rate's up, the mortgage rates are up, sewer dumpage is up 50%, electricity is up, food's up, gas is up. And income on a fixed income isn't up.
