So what that means is that I would create a panel of ideally hundreds, if not thousands, of members of the community, and these are people that will represent every demographic group you can name within the Anchorage School District, different parts of town, different points of view, and we can really ask them just quick quick, like, you know, 2-minute questions that they'll answer maybe once a month or so, just to make sure that we're on pulse, we're on track, and we're holding ourselves accountable to making movement in the right direction. Implementing Pulse Polls is a very ambitious project, but in the meanwhile, I'm continuing to partner with Alaska Survey Research to use them while we build out our internal survey panel. Another thing I've heard from the community is that while these issues are really complicated, the district has to make a good faith effort in making this information accessible to everyday families. So I'm excited to launch what I'm calling the Demystifying the District series. So based off of what I'm hearing from community conversations and our community values survey, now we can start demystifying some of the things that cause a lot of frustration from our families, whether that is, you know, for example, um, we don't understand the difference between capital dollars and general fund dollars, and we haven't taken a lot of opportunities to really take a step step back and break it down into ways that people can understand.
