Thank you for hearing this today. My name is Tim Powers. I'm the Chief Technology and Outreach Officer for Legislative Affairs Agency. I'm presenting today a contract with KTOO, who has provided longstanding public service in broadcast of the legislature by means of gavel-to-gavel coverage of the House and Senate floor sessions and committee meetings.
