"for this report, I did add, um, based on some comments from the last meeting, um, an alternative 20-plex. And you can kind of see that rendering there and kind of a shot of the interior space. From the transcript
We're still in the same condition as last month in terms of kind of where we're at with the future site and then the work building being complete. And then based on our last month's report, I did include kind of a concept duplex, um, rendering. And then for this report, I did add, um, based on some comments from the last meeting, um, an alternative 20-plex. And you can kind of see that rendering there and kind of a shot of the interior space. And the concept behind this would basically be kind of an open parking lot, um, a 3-story basically single-unit 20-plex with the, with the first floor having some shared common space like a lobby, and then there'd be some stairwells on either side, and then you'd probably have some areas for like washers and dryers, and then essentially all the, all the units would be like a studio apartment style living.
