Thank you. Uh, PM&E is requesting site plan approval for the Basher Trailhead parking lot project. This project is for a new paved parking lot with 52 spaces, including 3 ADA accessible spaces at the Basher Trailhead. The existing parking lot has space for only 16 vehicles and is a gravel lot. The project will also include a pathway connection and revegetation of the existing parking lot once the new one is ready for use.
