Um, and then now tracking the, the oil revenue charts, it— I, I think calling it theoretical doesn't fit my own schematic of how this, this funding will come through. And I also don't think it's volatile. I think maybe getting to $32 million is under question, but I don't think we're committing a fund balance in its full— that will— that doesn't have guaranteed restoration of revenue. So I'd like to hear, especially on the idea that there's a risk to spending the fund balance when the majority of these funds are going to be staffing.
