Is this just going to be some survey that we fill out and then gets filed away and we never hear back? I think that's a reasonable concern. I think we've all taken surveys and have never been followed up with on the results or how they were used or what we're doing with it. And my commitment that I'd like this community to hold me accountable to is to both take in the feedback, but then also show our work for how it actually made a difference and how it was incorporated in decision-making. That's the general framework, but I want to talk a little bit more about the nuts and bolts of how this works in practice.
